Thu, 2010-07-01 15:02 — daveBelow you will see a few articles on the use of Raw milk for soil and plants. UNL did a initial study back in 2004. Their needs to be a continuing study including broadening the scope of the work. The proposed study will take 2-3 years at a cost of about $30,000 per year.
We are looking for 12 people to commit $5,000 each or 50-75 people to commit 1,000 each to the study. If you are interested in forwarding the cause and can commit to assisting in this work please call me 402-858-4817.

Thu, 2010-06-17 18:55 — daveThis is a repeat posting on this subject but a good reminder. The FCLO is a artisan processed product. The batches vary in texture, color, flavor and odor. Most customers understand this attribute as a 'good thing'.
Some batches will cloud or solidify when refrigerated. If this occurs do not hesitate to store the open bottle on the counter rather the refrigerator. The FCLO is very stable and does not require refrigeration.
