This was great! I was just reading on the work of Louis Pasteur and his discovery on this very thing. He pointed out the gulf between the "dead" chemistry and the chemistry that supported life. Only left handed molecules support life. Right handed (chemically derived) can actually destroy left handed molecules. Large molecules suspended in a solution will actually bend light in a helix. It will turn to the left if natural or the right if contrived. Amazing!

thank you,, i understood it was one way or the other... for what ever reason i thought left/right was inverted. but the rest of the conversation is good. natural vs un-natural. i wish i had a deeper knowledge of organic chemistry. some things are intuitive but i do not know how to describe the issue in a scientific way

This adds to the other grammar I have that supports the logic in using your product Dave. The information on Optically rotating nutrients is really interesting and has me on a new research direction.
I love the video approach, you are a very nice looking man with an easy voice. Your skin looks very supple and youthful, I like the sideburns.

Thank you. This is great information Dave; I like the video posting!

thank you, i like it as well. This Doctor was very good putting this topic in laymen's terms. I understood that there was something about optically rotating nutrients and the direction of this rotation determined if your body could use it. I understood a difference existed between a nutrient value Vs the efficacy of a nutrient. i understood that measuring nutritional content of this molecule or that molecule was meaningless work. I intuitively understood that fermentation is the only way to make (breakdown/digest) our products. But I was never able to put it in words that could explain the system and make it so simple.

Like! A good idea and keep 'em coming. Thanks

Thank you... to build on this note, there are only 3 ways to redox... heat, chemical, fermentation. no exceptions. every now and then i get a comment to me about this fish oil or that fish oil etc... and isn't it better.....at least it tastes better. Taste, odor, texture is controlled through other redox methods (other than fermentation). People can choose other fish oils on taste, texture etc.... but one needs to understand what they are getting. if it is not fermented then it is heat or chemical...no way around it.
There are thousands of doctors all over the world that can detect the difference through a variety of testing methods so the difference in nutritional healthfulness is real when considering the redox method to produce the product.
There will always be sales people who will come up with the whys to buy this or that...variety of advertising etc... one needs to look through this and ask real questions.
