Here is a collection both old and new ways to take 'Real' clo and bo. If you have some of your family's dosing success stories to share with the community please forward using the contact link on this web page and i will consider adding to the list.
1. Melt the butter oil in 1-2 ounces of warm water and mix with fermented clo and maybe a tea or lemon juice. down the hatch
2. take on a spoon with a little honey or maple syrup.
3. melt on oatmeal or similar
4. take straight up and enjoy the wake up energy the fermented clo provides to your senses
5. mix in a yogurt smoothly
6. mix fermented clo with little milk
7. mix with kombucha, orange juice or other acidic juice
8. children who grumble get a second dose, grumbling usually stops within a couple loving enforcements
9. take capsules rather than the liquids
10. oil pull with a few drops of butter oil and or clo mixed with coconut oil
11. apply fermented clo direct to the skin
12. some doctors have used the butter oil as part of a suppository, possibly mixed with a live culture product like bio-kult.
13. I have found old references to exposing fermented clo to sun light heightens the effectiveness. obviously this old reference was based on observation and not 'science' as defined today. The reference included 'expose only for a short time as too much sun can damage the clo'. I suspect the sun best used for this is sunrise and sunset. I do not have anything to base this suggested sun exposure time other than reading about the old therapy called heliotherapy. This therapy specifically calls for this sun exposure as being the best for the body. And I have seen references to watching sunrise and sunset as having special healing properties transposed through the eyes. It might have something to do with triggering hormone response for healing and well being.
