Shipping to Green Pastures

Add a Comment

Reposting old information.

Green Pastures has several shipping locations. Their are no ship locations associated with USPS. Any shipper must call to confirm what location, address to ship any product, order, delivery. This is to ensure the delivery goes to the correct address.

Truck deliveries, pickups: must call and speak with plant manager and have a confirmed delivery appointment.

USPS. Green Pastures has no postal service to any plant function location. We do have a few PO boxes that are exclusively used for bills, remit and other uses. This is for Envelope service only and not tied to the plant in anyway. Call to ensure you get the correct po box for the correct purpose.

Package shipping and deliveries:

GPP ships small packages exclusivly with Fed EXP.... No exceptions. We do receive both Fed Exp and UPS deliveries.

Returns:

As a standard practice, for any/all returns one must call and speak with sales to ensure the return/shipping are handled properly. We never want to see a lost shipment ect... Their are too many packages moving in and out of our facility to assume that one can just ship to any building, location and some how it will end up where it belongs and properly handled.

I just corresponded with a disappointed customer. They returned a product without calling sales and they ended up shipping via USPS to an address that is not serviced by USPS. I think all is ok as they indicated that the package did not get lost and was returned to sender undamaged. USPS is not a small package shipping option with Green Pastures and USPS does not accept liquids... and struggles to deliver packages undamaged.

Below is a repost as the discussion is not common nor has it been posted for a very long time.

Returns:

1. Any product can be returned unopened, within 30 days of purchase, in good condition, less restock costs.

2. All returns must be initiated with a call to sales and receive a RMA number to ensure we know what box goes where and properly direct its disposition..

3. Sales will advise how to package and mark the box and what address and shipping methods are used.

4. We Recv packages via UPS and Fed EXP only. If you do not have this access we can offer to use our pickup option with Fed Exp and we will advise the cost at the time the RMA is issued.

Thank you for your assistance to keep us organized to better serve you
