The House Budget Spending Cut Proposal
by David Wetzel
Are we all tired of the parties politicalizing budgets... Am i the only one that did not know what the budget spending cuts were all about..... not enough cuts in my opinion...and my guess political reasons why there were not other programs on the list. we just want the right thing done..for the right reasons... not political reasons
We continually are blasted about the House budget /cutting spending and the fight by the opposition to keep the spending in place. I found a simple list of the proposed cuts. Thought I would share as most of us do not know what all the fighting is about. Below is a list of the proposed cuts. WHAT ARE THEY FIGHTING OVER?? This is not enough... there are many other programs and spending that can be cut. from my perspective even the proposed cuts are not enough... what about military spending, other subsidies paid to foreign governments, how about a 10% cut across the board for all departments not listed below, how about opening a discussion on benefits and other pay for federal workers including the our elected officials.
