1. Geiger Counter. Our manufacturing plant has purchased a geiger counter for radiation verification. Radiation is common news theme. Intuitively there is no radiation issue with the fclo but the question persists. The Geiger counter just arrived and we verified all products and will continue to monitor all inbound raw materials.
2. We have added several audio files (located in the FAQ area) of various live conversations with customers on common topic themes. In time we will add more. A couple of the files are not the quality conversation I was hoping to provide. I was off this day when recording the conversation. Live recording dictates you get what you get...it's live.
3. We are working on a new inventory management system that will allow for auto replies when placing the order if the order will be delayed by a couple days as a result of stock shortage. If you ever receive one of these replies you will be directed to the blog for updates... don't call for updates.
