How to Enter Our Recipe Contest! 🥄🎉

We’re excited to announce our first-ever Green Pasture Recipe Contest — and we want YOU to get creative in the kitchen!

Have a nourishing recipe that features Fermented Cod Liver Oil or Fermented Skate Liver Oil? Whether it’s a smoothie, salad dressing, capsule hack, or a clever way to get your daily serving, we want to see your most intriguing and inventive ideas!

Here’s how to enter:

1. Create and submit an original recipe that includes either Green Pasture Fermented Cod Liver Oil or Fermented Skate Liver Oil.

2. Email your recipe to greenpasture@greenpasture.org or fill out the form below by July 31, 2025, to enter!

3. Our office team will review all the submissions and select the top two most creative and intriguing recipes.

4. We’ll make both recipes right here in our office — and vote on a final winner based on taste, creativity, and how well the recipe highlights our oils.
