Our Three-Beet Powder is made from three varieties of beets (Detroit Red, Chiogga and Golden) that were grown by the Demeter-certified biodynamic farm Hawthorne Valley in Hudson Valley, N.Y. Because of its intense flavor and abundant nutrients, Three-Beet Powder can be used in any dish, from salads to desserts (especially with its traditional complement, chocolate).
Our favorite way to use Dr. Cowan’s Garden Three-Beet Powder is a teaspoon added to yogurt (along with a half-teaspoon of Ashitaba Powder) and a splash of maple syrup.
Please note: Our labels for Three-Beet Powder aren’t yet updated to include “biodynamic beets” as the ingredient. The label now says “Organic beets.”
