Freeze-dried cooked bison burger, seasoned lightly with sea salt. Replaces 1 pound fresh ground meat in recipes. Long shelf life.
To rehydrate entire bag, remove oxygen absorber, add 9oz. hot water to bag, reseal and let stand 5-10 minutes until larger chunks are completely rehydrated. It can also be added dry to dishes that have liquid in them, such as soups.
This may be used in any recipe that calls for ground beef, turkey, or bison, such as pizza, tacos, casseroles, soups, sloppy joes, salads. Also delicious just by itself!
