This Bison Tallow from Straight Arrow Bison is Pure bison tallow, cooked and strained, packaged in 14 oz. glass jar. Contains many fat-soluble vitamins and good ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids. Neutral flavor and high smoke point makes it ideal for cooking. Can also be used to make soap and skin products such as lotions or ointments. Absorbs readily into the skin. Remains firm at room temperature, but keeps best refrigerated.
Tallow comes in either 14-oz wide-mouth jar or a 14-oz pint jar.
