This Bison Tallow from Straight Arrow Bison is Pure bison tallow, cooked and strained, packaged in 10 oz. tubs.  Contains many fat-soluble vitamins and good ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids.  Neutral flavor and high smoke point makes it ideal for cooking. Can also be used to make soap and skin products such as lotions or ointments.  Absorbs readily into the skin.  Remains firm at room temperature, but keeps best refrigerated.
