Returns, Exchanges, Change Orders and Cancellations 

Returns. Returns are allowed for any unopened product within 30 days of purchase. There is a restock charge. Please call sales for details, including return authorization, a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. 402-858-4818 ext 3. Green Pasture Products is not responsible for shipping or handling on returned product (unless arising as a result of an error by Green Pasture Products in filling an order), and is not responsible for product which does not arrive back at our facility. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Exchanges. The same rules apply to product exchanges as apply to product returns. As with returns, customers must obtain return authorization, a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Call 402-858-4818, ext 3, for instructions.

Change orders and cancellations. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the security of customer’s credit card information. As part of our security process, we do not see or have access to customer credit card information. This allows for worry free ordering. However, a consequence of this type of secure system is that change orders and cancellations are not easy to process and require a physical phone call by customers to our sales department (402-858-4818 ext 2). A minimum $10.00 charge will be applied to all change orders and cancellations. Other charges that are associated with the order may apply if the order has shipped prior to the change or cancellation transaction being completed. A completed transaction includes verification by Green Pasture Products sales.

Returned Orders. If your order is returned to our facility and a refund or reshipping is requested, the full cost of shipping, handling and transportation will need to be paid by you prior to the order re-shipping or a credit being granted. There are no refunds, exchanges, returns, cancellations, or refusals to accept product or shipments on any international orders.
