My hair was falling out due to perimenopause. After 2 months of silica, it has grown significantly and the thin areas around my hairline have grown in with short “baby hair.” It feels thicker and has more body. I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t know if I would order more silica, but once I saw the new growth, decided to reorder. The taste is mildly metallic but not off-putting.

I am taking this for hair & skin support. My skin looks and feels much better! It has no flavor or smell so that’s good because I’ve taken other silica products and the taste/smell was not good at all! I just add a few drops to a glass of water and go!
