About one year ago I started taking fermented cod liver oil along with concentrated butter oil, and being 64 years old I feel great, a couple joint every now and then, dentist has commented on my teeth to “keep up whatever your doing”. I will continue these products along with my wise nutrition.

I got this for the first time in liquid form and my husband takes it just fine. The pouring does make it a bit messy sometimes so I may try finding a lid with a pump dispenser that fits on it or use the other suggestion in a previous review. He doesn’t mind the taste; much more economical.

I have been taking CLO (again) along with other dietary changes to help with a toothache and it has almost disappeared! I appreciate the larger size, although it is a bit hard to pour into a spoon so my husband put a dispenser lid (like is used for an olive oil bottle) and that has made it must easier.
