Sliding on the rolling hills of our farm with my older sister when we were young!
Now I’m sliding down those same hills with my three year old twin boys (though only on the shallower slopes so far)!
When we were growing up, we used to love getting pulled on a sled behind the snowmobile. We’re all grown now, so my parents don’t have sleds anymore. A couple years ago, my dad joked that we should try pulling a kayak. We decided to try it, and it worked great!! We laughed so hard and had a lot of fun! 🙂
My one favorite memory was when I lived in NJ winter 2000-2001 getting 3 feet of snow building an igloo with my husband in backyard with our youngest 5 year old daughter and her putting stuffed toys on shelves. It was so cool.

I LOVED playing in the snow as a kid! I remember one day in particular where my siblings and neighbors and I played outside for hours building shelters and tunnels in the drifts and ditches. So fun.
Favorite memory of snow is my brothers attaching seats to the underside of a car hood. Then we rode in those seats up and down our dirt road being pulled behind a truck. 😆
