My current preference would be for warm white lights but my young boys would prefer the brighter colours (as I once did at their age) However, living off grid with only one solar panel to power two small overhead lights in our house, we don’t generally use Christmas lights on our tree, just decorations. I agree with Cheryl H. that candles are nicest of all!

I was overruled years ago from classic not boring white lights to color color everywhere ??⭐️
